Welcome to 2in1Flags. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, design tools, upload features, and your purchase of products from 2in1Flags.

By visiting our website, creating a design, uploading content, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 2in1Flags

2in1Flags is a U.S.-based business that allows customers to create and purchase products featuring combinations of countries, national flags, sports teams, customer-uploaded artwork, and other designs.

Throughout these Terms, “2in1Flags,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 2in1Flags. “You” and “your” refer to users, visitors, and customers of our website.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer our products and services.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website, products, design tools, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of our website.

3. 2in1Flags Design Tools

Our website allows customers to create personalized designs by combining countries, flags, sports teams, artwork, images, and other available design elements.

Depending on the product and available features, you may also be able to upload your own images, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, or other content.

The digital preview is intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product. Minor differences may occur due to printing processes, product dimensions, materials, manufacturing tolerances, image resolution, cropping, screen settings, or other production factors.

You are responsible for reviewing your complete design before placing an order, including your selected designs, uploaded images, positioning, cropping, orientation, product, size, quantity, and other available options.

4. Customer-Uploaded Designs and Content

2in1Flags may allow you to upload photographs, artwork, illustrations, logos, graphics, text, designs, or other material (“Customer Content”) for use in creating customized products.

You retain ownership of any rights you already hold in your Customer Content. Uploading your content to 2in1Flags does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

By uploading Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You created and own the content; or

• You have obtained all permissions, licenses, or other rights necessary to use the content and authorize us to reproduce it for your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Content does not infringe or violate another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.

This includes, where applicable, photographs, artwork, company logos, sports logos, team marks, characters, celebrity images, brand names, and other protected material.

5. Permission to Produce Your Uploaded Design

When you upload Customer Content, you grant 2in1Flags and our service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, resize, crop, format, modify as technically necessary, print, manufacture, and otherwise process that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide our services, produce your customized products, fulfill your order, provide customer support, and handle returns or replacements.

This permission allows us to transmit your design to printing, manufacturing, fulfillment, hosting, and other service providers involved in completing your order.

We do not acquire ownership of your uploaded design simply because you upload it to our service.

We will not sell your uploaded artwork as a standalone design or make it available for other customers to purchase merely because you uploaded it, unless you separately give us permission to do so.

6. Prohibited Uploaded Content

You may not upload or request products containing content that:

• You do not have the legal right to use

• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights

• Is unlawful or fraudulent

• Contains malicious code or files intended to interfere with our systems

• Exploits or sexually depicts minors

• Promotes illegal activity

• Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, remove, or decline to produce a design when we reasonably believe that it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

A design being accepted by our automated design tool does not mean that 2in1Flags has reviewed, approved, licensed, or verified your legal right to use that design.

7. Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe that content available through 2in1Flags infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, please contact us at:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the material, understand the rights you believe are being infringed, and contact you regarding the claim.

Where applicable, we will respond to valid copyright notices in accordance with U.S. law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many 2in1Flags products are manufactured specifically according to the design and options selected by the customer.

This includes products containing customer-uploaded designs.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

Please contact 2in1flags@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Custom and personalized products may also be subject to restrictions on change-of-mind returns. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

9. Design Quality and Uploaded Images

You are responsible for uploading images of sufficient quality and resolution for your intended product.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly cropped, or otherwise unsuitable source images may affect the appearance of the finished product.

Our design tool may resize, crop, position, or otherwise process uploaded images to fit the selected product or design.

Where a preview is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your monitor, phone, or other device will exactly match the colors of the finished physical product.

10. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screens, materials, printing processes, manufacturing methods, and other factors.

Products, designs, options, prices, and availability may be changed or discontinued without notice.

11. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Suspected fraud

• Payment issues

• Pricing or technical errors

• Production or product unavailability

• Prohibited or potentially infringing Customer Content

• Violations of these Terms

If we cancel an order after collecting payment and the product has not otherwise been validly fulfilled, we will refund the applicable amount.

12. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

Prices, promotions, shipping costs, and discounts may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or similar fees may apply depending on the destination of an order.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery dates displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products are subject to our 14-day Return & Refund Policy.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically according to customer selections, including uploaded artwork, such products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights if your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the design you ordered.

15. Intellectual Property of 2in1Flags

The 2in1Flags name, branding, website, logo, software, design interface, custom layouts, graphics, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to 2in1Flags and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our protected materials without authorization.

16. Flags, Teams, Brands and Third-Party Rights

Our website or customer-created products may reference countries, geographic locations, sports teams, leagues, organizations, brands, names, colors, logos, flags, or other third-party material.

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of a third-party name, trademark, team, league, organization, or other reference does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization by that third party.

2in1Flags reserves the right to remove content or refuse production where we reasonably believe intellectual-property rights may be violated.

17. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification

You are responsible for the Customer Content you submit and the products you ask us to create from that content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2in1Flags and its affiliates, service providers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Customer Content you submit, your violation of another party's intellectual-property or other legal rights, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Customer Accounts

Certain features may require a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

19. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, misuse, or fraud.

20. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, manufacturers, print providers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, hosting providers, and other services required to operate our business.

Customer-uploaded files may need to be transmitted to our hosting, printing, manufacturing, and fulfillment providers to create and deliver your products.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, products, business practices, or legal requirements.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of 2in1Flags are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, once identified, the laws of the U.S. state in which 2in1Flags is legally established, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website, constitute the agreement governing your use of our store and services.
